Does this work with Skool?+
Yes. We ingest your Skool Classroom and give members a private tutor link you can place inside the community. We can also work with exports from other course platforms.
What does the setup fee cover?+
Content intake, cleaning and indexing, retrieval setup, tutor behavior and guardrails, branding, testing, and your first production launch.
Is this just ChatGPT?+
No. The model is only one layer. CourseBrain retrieves from your private curriculum, follows your terminology and boundaries, and links answers back to the source lessons.
What happens when it does not know?+
It says the course does not support an answer instead of filling the gap with generic advice. That protects trust and shows you where the curriculum may need work.
Can I update it when I add lessons?+
Yes. Submit updates through your dashboard for managed review. Plans include a scheduled monthly refresh within the agreed scope. More frequent refreshes and larger imports are scoped separately.
Who controls student access?+
You invite and remove students in your dashboard. Until platform integrations are available, you must remove canceled Skool or Whop members yourself.
When does monthly billing begin?+
Your deposit is credited toward setup and opens onboarding. After you approve your reviewed tutor, you pay the setup balance and activate monthly service.
Who is this not for?+
It is not for unfinished courses, generic website chat, or replacing the creator. CourseBrain works best when you already have valuable teaching that members need help finding and applying.
